Sustainable Caviar using Biomaterials

The application of tissue engineering and biomaterials for sustainability is a growing field. We wanted to start simple by making better versions of artificial caviar or caviar analogs. We believe there is a lot of room for improvement.

• Development of Microfluidic systems for droplet generation.

• Syringe pump and Arduino boards for controlling of droplet design.

• Analysis using Brightfield microscopy, Fluorescence microscopy, UV-Vis Spectroscopy and other techniques.
